Looks can be deceiving, but this piece is not black. “At Night” is a sleek and shimmery contemporary artwork that brings together deep, intriguing colors in a sea of high-shine brush strokes. Shades of deep blue, purple, indigo, and charcoal come together in an interesting composition that shines differently from every angle. A litmus testament to the beauty of space, “At Night” brings together a sense of calm mystery to your space and can provide a very contemporary feel to a high-end living room or commercial luxury lounge area. This piece is incredibly textured and its rich colors shift as you move around it (making its essence incredibly hard to capture in a 2-dimensional presentation). The painting’s substantial impasto texture is accentuated by the glossy sheen of the oils used to create and preserve it, giving the artwork depth and character that can be gazed upon for hours. The piece is cool and collected, but voluminous due to its shine and texture. You just have to see it in person.

Taking collectors on a journey to the stars, the Universe collection pays homage to the vastness and beauty of outer space, through a tactile experience where layers of media, sheen, and color collide. “My husband loves the universe and everything about the stars, so I created a series that reflects our love for creation, and inspires awe for the cosmic landscape. The Universe series brushes the surface of a cumulus of visual complexities across the universe, and each large-format piece is a reminder of the wonder of the unknown. On a more personal note, each piece is a gesture of appreciation for the original artist.”
